| Abstract: | Здійснено аналіз теоретико-методологічного підґрунтя щодо підготовки фахівців з реагування на кризові ситуації на об’єктах критичної інфраструктури Україні. Встановлено, що підготовці кадрів в національній системі захисту критичної інфраструктури необхідно приділити особливу увагу. Запропоновано пропозиції щодо розвитку спеціалізації «Захист критичної інфраструктури та її стійкість». Надано практичні рекомендації в контексті розвитку створення системи підготовки та перепідготовки кадрів у сфері захисту критичної інфраструктури щодо розвитку державно-приватного партнерства, а також проведення міжвідомчих командно-штабних, тактико-спеціальних навчань, спільних тренувань та занять. |
| Description: | An analysis of the theoretical and methodological basis for the training of specialists in crisis response at critical infrastructure of Ukraine. It is established that special attention should be paid to training in the national system of critical infrastructure protection. Proposals for the development of the specialization "Critical Infrastructure Protection and Its Sustainability" are proposed. Practical recommendations are given in the context of the development of a system of training and retraining in the field of critical infrastructure protection for the development of public-private partnership, as well as interdepartmental command and staff, tactical special exercises, joint training and exercises. |
